1. Booking & Confirmation

By booking a service with Ait Assou Travel, you agree to the following terms. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us. For strict time schedules (e.g., airport transfers), please ensure your details are accurate.

2. Payment Policy

• A deposit may be required to secure multi-day tours.
• Balance payments can be made in cash (EUR, USD, MAD) or via credit card (subject to fees) upon arrival.
• Prices are quoted in Euros/Dollars but can be paid in the local currency at the daily exchange rate.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund of deposit.
• Less than 48 hours before departure: Deposit is non-refundable.
• No-shows: Charged at full price.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Ait Assou Travel is not liable for lost or damaged items left in vehicles, though we will do our best to recover them.

5. Force Majeure

Ait Assou Travel is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or road closures.
